Return PolicyDOA/Defective ProductsShould a customer receive a DOA (Dead on Arrival) product, they must be reported within 5 business days from the date of receipt. We offer free technical support. Issues related to a misconfiguration or other technical issues of compatibility are not considered DOA/Defective. If return is approved, an RMA will be issued and a replacement product will be shipped free of charge. The item must be returned in the original packaging with all components, manuals, etc. The product will be tested and inspected upon return, and if the problem be diagnosed as abuse of product or other non-defective, a return fee of up to 10% of the purchase price may apply. Beyond the allowed DOA period, PLASTICARD SYSTEMS warrants the product according to the "Warranty Statement". Non-Defective Product Returns PLASTICARD SYSTEMS provides technical sales support to insure that you purchase the appropriate product. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify product compatibility with software and hardware interfaces when ordering. PLASTICARD SYSTEMS will not accept the return of products after 20 days. All returns will require a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) from customer service. PLASTICARD SYSTEMS will only accept returns that are complete and in new condition. Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns are inspected upon arrival. Please allow two (2) weeks before credit is issued. |
